There’s a lot of talk online of varying ways to raise your vibrations and a lot of them can sound…daunting. However, being mindful doesn’t have to be a large and seemingly exhaustive journey. In fact, it can be quite simple. I’ve compiled a list of some of the most basic actions that have helped me raise my vibes and have prompted an increased sense of well being.

1. Drink Water
Staying hydrated is not only beneficial on a cellular level but on an energetic one as well. Sugary sodas and juices resonate at a lower frequency and when consumed regularly can sometimes make us feel tired and sluggish.
